Podcast 40.

Dentist

I went to the dentist this morning. I’m always afraid of the dentist, so I skip it.
I sat on the chair and after having a first panic attack I felt a bit better.
He made me some X-ray plates and told me I had two cavities and I needed a cleaning, but this was not all, he also told me he had to rebuild a tooth, one of my molars would have to be pulled and recommended me to use a retainer to stop my teeth grinding at nights.
He didn’t give me a chance, nor time to think about it; he made me an anesthetic and started to drill one of my cavities. I kept my eyes closed to avoid the sight of the drill, the syringe and the dental lamp light on my eyes.
After one hour he finished filling my cavities and told me that it was only the beginning and gave me an appointment for the next Monday.
I want to give you a piece of advice “Don’t wait as long as I did, it will be less painful and cheaper”.

esmalte etc etc
